The derivatization reaction was carried out in a closed test tube heated at 120 鈩�, and a stainless steel tube (2 m × 3 mm) containing 10% OV-101 and 180-150 μ m 101AW-DMCS was used as the chromatographic column for separation and determination. The RSD values of the obtained results were less than 0.21% when measuring MPE and less than 0.18% when measuring DPE. The deviation between the measured value and the standard value is less than 0.9%.
