六氯乙硅烷制備途徑有兩種,其一是通過硅、氫氣和四氯化硅在某種溫度下反應(yīng),產(chǎn)生含有六氯乙硅烷的混合氣體,再通過分離和提純得到六氯乙硅烷;其二是在改良西門子法生產(chǎn)多晶硅的過程中,冷氫化反應(yīng)的副產(chǎn)物中含有較多的六氯乙硅烷,可通過適當(dāng)?shù)姆蛛x提純得到六氯乙硅烷。
