制法
由甲醇和氨以1:(1.5~4)的配料比,在高溫(425℃)、高壓(2. 45MPa)下,用活性氧化鋁作催化劑進(jìn)行連續(xù)氣相催化反應(yīng)生成一、二、三甲胺的混合粗品,再經(jīng)一系列的蒸餾塔連續(xù)加壓精餾分離,冷凝脫氨,脫水,可得到一、二、三甲胺工業(yè)品,同時(shí)也可根據(jù)用戶(hù)需要配成40%的一、二、三甲胺水溶液。
據(jù)有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道,改變甲醇和氨的配比是得到所希望產(chǎn)品的有效方法,甲醇和氨的比例為1:1.5時(shí)是生成三甲胺的最佳條件,而甲醇和氨的比例為1:4時(shí)是生成一甲胺的最佳條件。
用途
本品主要用作農(nóng)藥(樂(lè)果、殺蟲(chóng)脒等)、醫(yī)藥(咖啡因、麻黃素等)、染料(茜素中間體)、炸藥及燃料(水膠炸藥、一甲肼等)、表面括性劑、促進(jìn)劑、顯影劑和溶劑等的原料。

Manufacturing method
Methanol and ammonia are mixed in a ratio of 1: (1.5-4) at high temperature (425 ℃) and high pressure (2 Under a pressure of 45MPa, a continuous gas-phase catalytic reaction is carried out using activated alumina as a catalyst to produce a mixed crude product of one, two, and trimethylamine. The optimal condition for generating trimethylamine is when the ratio of methanol to ammonia is 1:1.5, while the optimal condition for generating methylamine is when the ratio of methanol to ammonia is 1:4.
