A method for the simultaneous determination of methanol and fusel oil in Baijiu by gas chromatography was established using GDX104 column direct injection and hydrogen flame ionization detector. The detection limits of methanol and fusel oil were 2.0 × 10-4 g/(100 mL), and the recovery rates were 96.4% ～ 99.1% and 91.2% ～ 98.3%, respectively.
