GDX 502 (Polyvinylbenzene Porous Balls)
The production of ammonia synthesis gas from natural gas and coal coke often involves the generation of unsaturated hydrocarbons as by-products, with a maximum content of over 100 ppm. In copper washing microanalysis, unsaturated hydrocarbons are oxidized by pentoxide to generate CO2, which leads to inflated analysis results and affects the correct judgment of production conditions, possibly resulting in loss of hydrogen and nitrogen gas.
Haohan chromatography was used to analyze trace amounts of acetylene, ethylene, and ethane using GDX502 packed column chromatography with satisfactory results.
