氣相氨化法制備一甲胺即是將甲醇∶氨＝1∶4的重量份數(shù)混合，采用采用活性氧化鋁、氧化硅、二氧化鈦、三氧化鎢、白土、氧化釷、氧化鉻各種金屬氧化物的混合物做催化劑，反應(yīng)溫度為250-500℃，反應(yīng)壓力0.5-5.0MPa，空速為500-1500h-1，以氨和甲醇計(jì)，其產(chǎn)品收率大于95％，產(chǎn)品純度為99％。
