浩瀚色譜對(duì)市售的11種油樣共計(jì)13種油制品進(jìn)行脂肪酸的氣相色譜法測(cè)定,并比較其脂肪酸含量進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,13種油樣無(wú)顯著差異,但各樣品中油酸、亞油酸和亞麻酸3個(gè)指標(biāo)存在不同程度的差異。

Haohan Chromatography determined the fatty acid content of 13 oil products from 11 commercially available oil samples by gas chromatography, and compared their fatty acid content for analysis. The results showed that there was no significant difference among the 13 oil samples, but there were varying degrees of differences in the three indicators of oleic acid, linoleic acid, and linolenic acid in each sample.
