在氣相流化床聚丙烯工藝中，反應(yīng)器內(nèi)的丙烷由原料丙烯帶入，隨排放氣進(jìn)入回收系統(tǒng)后排出。丙烷在反應(yīng)器內(nèi)不參與化學(xué)反應(yīng)，其作用是與丙烯一起維持反應(yīng)器C3分壓和冷凝量的穩(wěn)定，與氮?dú)饨M成反應(yīng)器內(nèi)惰性組分的動(dòng)態(tài)平衡。操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明，當(dāng)丙烷濃度維持在正常范圍內(nèi)時(shí)，會(huì)有效增加反應(yīng)熱的移除能力，保證聚合反應(yīng)催化劑活性的相對(duì)穩(wěn)定，同時(shí)具有降低丙烯單耗和抑制靜電的作用。但如果反應(yīng)器內(nèi)的丙烷濃度偏高，特別是在生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷較高時(shí)，就會(huì)給產(chǎn)品出料以及回收系統(tǒng)帶來波動(dòng)，影響反應(yīng)器內(nèi)丙烯分壓的正常維持，降低反應(yīng)器的產(chǎn)率和抗干擾能力，給生產(chǎn)長周期平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行帶來隱患。如果反應(yīng)器內(nèi)丙烷濃度偏高時(shí)能及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并調(diào)整，就會(huì)有效控制丙烷濃度在正常范圍內(nèi)。
