Haohan Chromatography was used to establish a gas chromatography analysis method for ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in food additives polyethylene glycol. A 12% sorbitol chromatography column was used, and the sample was extracted by methanol ultrasound and detected by flame ionization detector (FID) at an inlet temperature of 250 ℃ and detector temperature of 280 ℃. The content of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol was determined by external standard method. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in the range of 10-200mg/L, with correlation coefficients of 0.9992 and 0.9999, respectively. The average recovery rates were 93.0%~101.2% and 92.8%~101.3%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.60%~2.32% and 0.86%~3%, respectively.. 27%. 浩瀚色譜為建立食品添加劑聚乙二醇中乙二醇和二甘醇的氣相色譜分析方法,采用12%山梨醇色譜柱,樣品經(jīng)甲醇超聲提取后,用火焰離子化檢測器(FID)檢測,進(jìn)樣口溫度250℃,檢測器溫度280℃,外標(biāo)法測定乙二醇和二甘醇的含量.結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),乙二醇和二甘醇在10~200mg/L范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.9992和0.9999.平均回收率分別為93.0%~101.2%和92.8%~101.3%,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)分別為0.60%~2.32%和0.86%~3.27%.該方法準(zhǔn)確,可靠,可用于食品添加劑聚乙二醇中乙二醇和二甘醇的檢測.
