浩瀚色譜建立優(yōu)化使用毛細管色譜柱溶劑解析氣相色譜法測定工作場所空氣中三乙胺的方法研究。方法采用堿性硅膠管采集工作場所中的三乙胺,加入硫酸與氫氧化鈉解析,使用HH-1色譜柱分離,FID測定。結(jié)果該方法三乙胺檢出限為0.5μg/ml,線性范圍為0.5~1 340.0μg/ml,最低檢出濃度為0.13 mg/m3(以采集7.5 L空氣樣品計);相對標準偏差為0.63%~3.31%,解析效率為99.5%~100.6%,加標回收率為98.2%~101.8%,樣品在室溫下至少可保存7 d。結(jié)論該方法適用于工作場所空氣中三乙胺的測定。

Hao Han Chromatography established and optimized a method for the determination of triethylamine in workplace air using capillary chromatography column solvent resolution gas chromatography. The method uses an alkaline silica gel tube to collect triethylamine in the workplace, adds sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide for resolution, uses HH-1 chromatography column for separation, and uses FID for determination. Results The detection limit of triethylamine in this method is 0.5 μg/ml, the linear range is 0.5~1 340.0 μg/ml, the lowest detection concentration is 0.13 mg/m3 (based on collecting 7.5 L of air samples); the relative standard deviation is 0.63%~3.31%, the resolution efficiency is 99.5%~100.6%, the spiked recovery is 98.2%~101.8%, and the sample can be stored at room temperature for at least 7 days. Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of triethylamine in workplace air.
