汞元素在環(huán)境中以無機(jī)形態(tài)(Hg~0,Hg~(2+))和有機(jī)形態(tài)(CH_3Hg~+,C_2H_5Hg~+等)廣泛存在。雖然含量甚微,但是由于其毒性大,早已被多國列入重點優(yōu)先控制的污染物。汞元素在自然界中的賦存形態(tài)不同,毒性和環(huán)境行為亦不相同。研究表明,烷基汞主要包括甲基汞和乙基汞,是一類具有嚴(yán)重生物毒性的有機(jī)金屬化合物,毒性要比無機(jī)汞大得多,其中毒性最強(qiáng)的是甲基汞。甲基汞(CH_3Hg~+)容易穿過血腦屏障對中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)造成嚴(yán)重的永久性損傷。

浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司，根據(jù)巰基棉在一定酸性條件下能定量吸附烷基汞的原理，利用多通道并聯(lián)的同相萃取裝置，采用氣相色譜法測定廢水中烷基汞，并通過質(zhì)量控制手段對方法進(jìn)行研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)方法線性較好，甲基汞和乙基汞標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線線性均在0.999以上；當(dāng)采樣體積為200 mL時，甲基汞和乙基汞檢出限分別為0.43和0.53 ng/L，兩種化合物的精密度分別為2.8%和3.9%，回收率分別為87.2%和85.9%;另外采用農(nóng)殘級或色譜級的甲苯、洗脫液(鹽酸)經(jīng)溶劑萃取一次后，可滿足方法的空白值要求。
