浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立了以溶液為提取溶劑，應(yīng)用氣相色譜同步測定漱口水中甲醇和乙醇含量的分析方法。在超聲條件下，使用提取漱口水中的甲醇和乙醇，提取液經(jīng)HH-624(30 m×0.32 mm，1.8 μm)毛細(xì)管色譜柱分離，利用氫火焰離子化檢測器(FID檢測器)進(jìn)行測定。在流量1.0 mL/min，分流比10∶1，F(xiàn)ID檢測器溫度250 ℃條件下，漱口水中甲醇與乙醇可以得到良好分離，峰形較好。方法的線性相關(guān)性均大于0.999；精密度RSD(n=6)為1.7%～3.3%，回收率為92.4%～103.8%；檢出限均為5 mg/kg。該方法簡便快捷，靈敏度較高，適用于漱口水中甲醇和乙醇含量的測定。

This document is applicable to the determination of methanol and ethanol content in oral cleaning and care solutions using gas chromatography separation and hydrogen flame ionization method.
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established an analytical method for simultaneous determination of methanol and ethanol content in mouthwash water using gas chromatography with solution as the extraction solvent. Under ultrasound conditions, methanol and ethanol were extracted from mouthwash, and the extraction solution was passed through HH-624 (30 m) × 0.32 mm, 1.8 μ m) Capillary chromatography column separation and determination using a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID detector). Under the conditions of a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, a split ratio of 10:1, and a FID detector temperature of 250 ℃, methanol and ethanol in mouthwash can be well separated with a good peak shape. The linear correlation of the methods is greater than 0.999; The precision RSD (n=6) is 1.7% to 3.3%, and the recovery rate is 92.4% to 103.8%; The detection limit is all 5 mg/kg.
