為提高PoraPakTM Q吸附劑的活化速度及降低活化成本,更好地應(yīng)用于植物揮發(fā)物的吸附分析,設(shè)計(jì)組裝簡易的氮?dú)獯祾哐b置,并選擇合適的淋洗溶劑、氮?dú)饬髁?、活化溫度和時(shí)間。結(jié)果表明,選用100 mg PoraPakTM Q吸附劑制作吸附管,以5 m L丙酮和5 m L正己烷作為淋洗溶劑,氮?dú)饬髁?0 m L·min-1,活化溫度200℃,活化時(shí)間30 min,可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)PoraPakTM Q吸附劑的快速活化并用于揮發(fā)物吸附分析。

In order to improve the activation rate and reduce the activation cost of PoraPakTM Q adsorbent, and better apply it to the adsorption analysis of plant volatiles, a simple nitrogen purging device was designed and assembled, and appropriate leaching solvent, nitrogen flow rate, activation temperature and time were selected. The results showed that using 100 mg PoraPakTM Q adsorbent to make an adsorption tube, using 5 mL acetone and 5 mL n-hexane as washing solvents, nitrogen flow rate of 80 mL · min-1, activation temperature of 200 ℃, and activation time of 30 minutes, rapid activation of PoraPakTM Q adsorbent can be achieved and used for volatile matter adsorption analysis.
