Non methane total hydrocarbons (NMHCs), as an important component of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), have strong photochemical activity and can to some extent reflect the overall pollution of urban ambient air VOCs.

 

 

 

 

 

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. uses sampling bags for sampling, and uses a dual stainless steel packed column single FID detector to directly inject gas chromatography to determine non methane total hydrocarbons in fixed pollution source exhaust gas. The results showed that under experimental conditions, the correlation coefficients of the calibration curves for low or high concentrations of methane and total hydrocarbons reached above 0.9996. When the injection volume was 1.0 mL, the detection limit of methane (measured by methane) was 0.053 mg/m3, and the detection limit of total hydrocarbons (measured by methane) was 0.056 mg/m3. The relative standard deviation of methane is between 1.32% and 1.91%, and the relative error is between -3.77% and 7.00%; The relative standard deviation of total hydrocarbons is between 0.92% and 4.05%, and the relative error is between -8.11% and 6.69%.
