浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立工作場(chǎng)所空氣中二甲胺的溶劑解吸氣相色譜測(cè)定方法。[方法]采用硅膠管吸附空氣中二甲胺,用酸性醇溶液解吸,再用堿性溶液中和后,進(jìn)樣氣相色譜,使用高液擔(dān)比的堿性色譜柱分離,FID檢測(cè)器測(cè)定。[結(jié)果]該方法在測(cè)定范圍79.7~478.2μg/mL時(shí),線性方程為=1040.2x-25148(r=0.9999)。最低檢出限為5μg/mL;最低檢出濃度為1.3mg/m(3采樣體積7.5L);解吸效率86%~91%;穿透容量7.75mg(200mg硅膠);樣品于4℃冰箱內(nèi)可保存7d。[結(jié)論]本研究建立的方法適合于工作場(chǎng)所空氣中二甲胺濃度的監(jiān)測(cè)。

[Method] Silica gel tubes were used to adsorb dimethylamine in the air, desorbed with an acidic alcohol solution, neutralized with an alkaline solution, and injected into gas chromatography. A high liquid to liquid ratio alkaline chromatographic column was used for separation, and FID detector was used for determination. [Result] This method is within the measurement range of 79.7 to 478.2 μ At g/mL, the linear equation is=1040.2x-25148 (r=0.9999). The minimum detection limit is 5 μ G/mL; The minimum detectable concentration is 1.3mg/m (3 sampling volumes of 7.5L); The desorption efficiency ranges from 86% to 91%; Penetration capacity 7.75mg (200mg silicone); The sample can be stored for 7 days in a 4 ℃ refrigerator. [Conclusion] The method established in this study is suitable for monitoring the concentration of dimethylamine in the air of workplaces.
