3、測定法：精密吸取本品適量（約相當(dāng)于三硫二丙烯30mg），置分液漏斗中，用正己烷振搖萃取3次（每次2ml），分出正己烷層，置10ml容量瓶中，精密加入內(nèi)標(biāo)溶液1ml，加正己烷稀釋至刻度，搖勻，取1-2UL注入氣相色譜儀，測定，計(jì)算。
