浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術開發(fā)有限公司根據(jù)HJ 38—2017《固定污染源廢氣總烴、甲烷和非甲烷總烴的測定氣相色譜法》,結合實際監(jiān)測分析中遇到的問題，對氣相色譜法分析尤其是填充柱法分析時的色譜柱差異、校準曲線制作、總烴峰異常、除烴空氣干擾和采樣容器的選擇等方面進行了探討實驗。實驗結果表明：不銹鋼空柱更適用于總烴的測定；采用一定濃度的標氣、不同的進樣體積來建立校準曲線，校準曲線的相關系數(shù)相對更好；利用真空玻璃瓶采樣，現(xiàn)場操作簡單，易清洗，價格低，適用于采集環(huán)境空氣和無組織排放污染源樣品。

It is suitable for collecting samples of environmental air and unorganized emission pollution sources.
