1,4-丁炔二醇(BD)是一種重要的有機化工中間體,可以衍生多種有機產(chǎn)品,如丁二烯、丁二醇、四氫呋喃等,被廣泛應用于工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)和藥業(yè)。其中丁二醇(BDO)和四氫呋喃(THF)等產(chǎn)品,進一步可以制造工程塑料、彈性纖維、農(nóng)藥等。近年來,我國BD和BDO的需求量隨著其下游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的發(fā)展不斷增加,到2017年已達到70萬噸。目前,工業(yè)上生產(chǎn)BD采用Reppe法,以甲醛和乙炔為反應原料,在銅基催化劑的作用下發(fā)生聚合反應生成BD。我國具有豐富的煤炭資源,電石法制乙炔技術(shù)成熟,成本低廉,在Reppe法工藝生產(chǎn)中具有很大的優(yōu)勢。但是我國的相關行業(yè)起步較晚,技術(shù)還不夠先進,其工業(yè)生產(chǎn)所用的高效催化劑大部分依賴進口。因此,開展高效催化劑的研發(fā),使我國具有先進的催化劑制備技術(shù),具有重大的現(xiàn)實意義。
