浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發(fā)有限公司采用HH-790CH4-GC便攜式甲烷轉化爐安捷倫7890FID氣相色譜法分析烴類中的微量一氧化碳、二氧化碳的可行性。方法:選取乙炔及乙烯作為本次的研究樣本,采用島津2014氣相色譜儀及安捷倫GC8890氫火焰離子化檢測器于同一環(huán)境中對樣本進行多次測定。觀察并記錄樣本中一氧化碳及二氧化碳的含量。結果:于高濃度的乙炔及乙烯中均檢測出二氧化碳及一氧化碳,且轉化率溫度越接近380℃,二氧化碳的轉化率越高。結論:采用FID氣相色譜法分析烴類中的微量一氧化碳、二氧化碳,分析結果準確可靠,且操作便利,適用范圍廣,值得推廣。

The feasibility of using HH-790CH4-GC portable methane converter Agilent 7890FID gas chromatography to analyze trace carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in hydrocarbons by Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. Methods: Acetylene and ethylene were selected as the samples for this study, and the samples were measured in the same environment by Shimadzu 2014 gas chromatograph and Agilent GC8890 hydrogen flame ionization detector. Observe and record the content of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in the sample. Results: Carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide were detected in high concentration acetylene and ethylene, and the higher the conversion temperature was, the higher the conversion rate of carbon dioxide was. Conclusion: The analysis of trace carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in hydrocarbons by FID gas chromatography is accurate, reliable, easy to operate and widely applicable. It is worth popularizing.
