浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立自動頂空氣相色譜法測定飲用水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的方法。方法:飲用水樣在頂空自動進樣裝置上加熱,平衡后進樣,經(jīng)15%DC-550/Chromosorb W AW填充柱分離,微池電子捕獲檢測器檢測。結(jié)果:三氯甲烷在0μg/L~33.92μg/L濃度范圍、四氯化碳在0μg/L~1.60μg/L濃度范圍內(nèi)呈良好線性關(guān)系,其相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.9998和0.9997,三氯甲烷的最低檢出濃度為0.06μg/L、四氯化碳的最低檢出濃度為0.01μg/L,回收率為92.9%~105.0%,相對標準偏差為0.77%~2.28%。結(jié)論:該方法操作簡便、靈敏、準確、重現(xiàn)性好,適用于飲用水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的測定。
